为了开发利用甘肃省成县山区的野生板栗资源,实现板栗生产的食种化,集约化和产业化发展目标。经3年的研究,进行野生要反栗高接、换优实验技术与生产示范。

从植物的生物学特征，生境，药用部位，药用价值等方面，介绍了梁山地区52种野生药用植物。

采用国际先进的气水辊刷喷淋联合清洗新工艺,山野菜经过气水两相的强烈搅混作用和气泡爆裂产生的声波成为振动源的作用而清除泥土和杂物,再经辊刷对植物叶片和毛发等的粘附作用以及高压水喷淋达到清洗干净。     

东亚“雁阵模式”式微原因新析及启示

经济全球化时代,维系“雁阵模式”运行的宏观背景条件正在丧失,“雁阵模式”开始走向终结。日本经济的“制度疲劳”、“四小龙”的兴起、中国的崛起以及亚洲金融危机只是“雁阵模式”式微的表层原因,其真正原因是经济全球化及其机制的作用:即全球信息化、世界经济一体化、跨国公司的发展、知识经济在世界范围的兴起,成为“雁阵模式”终结的力量。“雁阵模式”的终结对于中国产业结构调整与优化,具有重要启示作用。     

Emotional intelligence,job insecurity,and psychological strain among real estate agents: a test of mediation and moderation models

We develop two models of the relationships between emotional intelligence (EI), job insecurity, and psychological strain. The moderation model suggests that EI reduces psychological strain by helping individuals cope with job insecurity when it arises. The mediation model suggests that EI reduces psychological strain by enabling individuals to conserve resources, thereby reducing their experience of job insecurity. Our results, based on a sample of 232 real estate agents, show that job insecurity mediates the relationship between EI and psychological strain. Contrary to what the moderation model suggested, the positive relationship between job insecurity and psychological strain was found to be stronger when EI was higher. Overall, the results provide more nuanced insights into the role of EI in psychological strain.     

ISOLATING THE WILD CARD OPTION

Many embedded options are difficult to value the wild card option in the Treasury bond futures contract is one of these embedded options. We illustrate how narrow theoretical bounds on the value of this option, relative to the price of the contract, may be obtained in the presence of other embedded options. Simulations suggest that the value of the wild card option is close to zero. This implies that, in this economy, a simpler pricing model of the Treasury bond futures contract, which ignores the wild card option, will result in only a small loss of accuracy.     

水泥土统计损伤本构模型研究

为了探索工程实际中水泥固化土的应力-应变关系及水泥土变形规律,参考岩石统计损伤本构模型的思路来构建水泥土统计损伤本构模型。假设水泥土微元强度服从Weibull概率密度分布,并引入初始损伤系数η,建立单轴压缩荷载下水泥土的统计损伤本构模型。根据应力-应变曲线峰值点的极值性进行模型参数求解,分析不同水泥掺量、不同龄期的水泥土累积损伤的扩展过程。通过对水泥土单轴压缩试验数据进行验证与分析发现,随着水泥掺量以及龄期的增加,水泥固化土模型参数η值增大,m值,F_0值减小,表明龄期和水泥掺量能够抑制水泥固化土损伤发展。新建立的水泥土统计损伤本构模型拟合效果较好,并能较好地反映水泥土的应变软化特性,可为水泥固化土的应力分布特点和变形规律研究提供一定参考。
